Also, someone mentioned an unaired episode from the Tom Baker era. The only storyline from that era that I know of that never aired on TV (including on the BBC) was "Shada" because for some reason they never finished filming it and parts of it were used in "The Five Doctors" after Tom Baker said he would come back to do it and then stiffed everybody at the last minute and for the longest time has had the attitude towards being the Doctor that Leonard Nimoy had in the '70's about being only known as Spock (and I believe that 2010 is the 35th anniversary of his book "I Am Not Spock".) Anyway, love the show and am surprised at being the only one to leave commentary on the Doctor. As a note, I put the Doctor number behind the actor's name in case any new Whovians aren't quite sure so they can go back to see the Classic stories and have a rough idea who was Who at the time. I know that this has been modified since the show has returned to the air but I wonder if part of the current storyline could include problems with the Doctor being able to apparently regenerate an infinite number of times now and the effect it might have on him physically and mentally. I also thought about the Stargate franchise, and found it interesting that SG-1 and Atlantis had opening themes, but Universe doesn’t.

One of the reasons it will be 2013-15 before we have launch capability for the new manned space vehicle will be the time it will take crews at the Cape to reconfigure launch pads 39A and 39B for the new vehicle since these pads were chopped in half for the shuttle after they had been used to launch the Apollo moon missions. As someone who grew up in the shadow of Kennedy Space Center, it saddens me when people yell about how much we spend on NASA (which in reality is only barely one half of 1% of the Federal budget and less than what is wasted by most Federal programs) without realizing that those jobs are all here on Earth. The episode he mentioned with Kirk's nephew in it is titled "Blood and Fire". It is a two part episode and the special guest is Denise Crosby. The other completed episodes are "World Enough and Time" with George Takei and "To Serve All my Days" with Walter Koenig and the first episode which deals with the Doomsday Machine and has William Windom reprising his role as Commodore Decker. And Flynnstress, you are thinking of "Of Gods and Men" which Tim Russ directed and starred our favorite actors from most of the shows and is very good. The other ones in the Star Trek vein are Hidden Frontier, which is set after the events in "Insurrection" and their spin off series Star Trek: Odyssey and Star Trek: The Helena Chronicles. And from across the pond there is Star Trek: Intrepid. And there is a fan film called "Star Wreck" from the Netherlands which is a send up of "Spaceballs" and Star Trek. And I almost forgot "Starship Farragut" which is set in the time of the Original Series and follows the crew of the USS Farragut and these guys are also getting ready to launch an animated series as well which hasn't been done since Filmation did the Animated Series in the early '70's. Just thought I'd let you know before the inbox crashes from the mail from Trekkies screaming about this. I know there are other Star Trek fan productions out there but they have either not launched yet or only did an episode or two then vanished or I haven't been able to find them. Yet. During the run the entire human race loses its consciousness of the present and experiences events from about 21 years in the future. Each individual, except for those asleep, experiences their own future through the senses of their future self. This "flashforward" lasts a matter of two minutes, but when it is over many are dead in accidents involving vehicles, aircraft, and any other device needing human control."
