The science of stating the perfectly obvious in a needlessly long and circuitous manner. I wonder if you can take a class in writing stuff like this?

I was thinking more along the lines of excessive focus on combat, rules lawyering, using battlemaps for every situation, not applying common sense to the game, and such. You know: the kind roleplayers have for about each other.
