Even though I kinda hate him for being such an unassuming guy I liked hanging with and then creeping me the HELL OUT listening to his work alone in the car. Seriously, Phil, you gotta give people some warning you're a demented, evil dude.
Also- would Contagious by Scott Sigler count? I'm not sure as to the release date, I'm a bit behind in my literary pile but I think it was early 2009, yah?
(Edit- Poo, I investigated and it finished in December of last year, as far as I can find.)
