Timing is everything, sir!
One needs to send the mail well in advance of the time of recording.

I face this issue constantly, as I listen to my podcasts at work and (being a filthy heathen pinko foreigner) I only get to GRD about 15-20 hours after it was published!

It was sent at about 11 am my time (so... maybe noon their time?) yesterday. I'd been hoping it would make it out for this mornings episode, but no big deal. The last one had been sent the afternoon the episode was released and didn't air till a couple episodes later.

I've been sending them to the podcast address. I'm thinking I'll be handling that differently from now on. Maybe send them to a specific host instead.

Either way. Just was blowing off some work related steam on a non-concern. That tends to make me laugh at the absurdity of the mode of release, which relieves more tension than just getting upset about the thing you're actually upset about usually does.

Did you mistakenly send it to the Vicar's e-mail address?

Not that I'm aware of. podcast@geekradiodaily.com is where I've been sending them.

Hadn't thought of that, as I tend to think of it as the same show.

Again, it's not really a concern. I figure it will make the show when it makes the show. If you're holding it for the sweekly, that's fine.
