Well, the sequel to Arkham Asylum officially has a title. I don't see why Gotham City wouldn't have worked, as any fan would be able to follow the logical progression... but whatever, it's another step closer to this game! |

Arkham is a small university town in Massachusetts, hardly a "city". Gotham is supposed to be in New Jersey or Illinois - did they send all the Batman villains to a psychiatric hospital out of state? _________________ Mama always said life was like that box from Hellraiser. Other than the name, which is just an in-joke reference, there is no connection to Lovecraft's Arkham. I was just mixing continuities - there's no asylum in the original Lovecraftian Arkham, only Sefton Asylum 50 miles from Boston is ever mentioned. _________________ Mama always said life was like that box from Hellraiser. Re: Batman: Arkham City As far as the game goes, it's going to be almost like No Man's Land, where a part of the city will be walled off for criminals, and renamed Arkham City.
