There was some Batman villain, but I forget his name- he wasn't a supervillain or anything, just a really, really smart kid who studied Batman's methods and devised crimes that either looked like they were being committed by the usual suspects, or looked unrelated. He was in at least one comic book, he was a kinda California-hacker-looking kid with blonde hair and glasses, and his 'supervillain' name was just Steve (or whatever his real name was.)

If anyone remembers who I'm talking about, PLEASE TELL ME, I can't find hide nor hair of mention of him, but JGL would be a great 'whoever that guy is.' And it would be a super-cool addition to the Batman pantheon to have a 'twist' that the mastermind at the end is just some guy as smart as Batman, not a costumed superego.

Damn... he'd have made a badass Alberto Falcone.
