Apparently there was enough time left in 2023 to squeeze in one last superhero movie – Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom!
 The first Aquaman movie was kind of fun, how bad can the second one be?

Incidentally, the element she does not want to attempt to pronounce is orichalcum. Also, this is the last of this version of the DCU. so hopefully we will never see Mera’s wig again.

Oompa Loompa doopity doo – The Cinemistress has a present for you! For day six of The 12 Days of Cinemistress – she decided on a sweet treat! Maybe something to delight your sweet tooth – Wonka!
 Be warned, there is a lot of singing and quite a bit of dancing in this film!

The 1971 Willy Wonka movie is one of The Cinemistress’ favorite films, so she went into this with quite a bit of trepidation. Did this new Wonka show her a world of pure imagination, or was it a slog of exasperation? Listen and see!
