So, this was the movie that The Cinemistress through she was going to review on Day Seven, but it wasn’t available yet. So, for the 10th Day of Cinemistress, she gives you her take on Rebel Moon: Part One – A Child of Fire!
This is the PG-13 rated version. The R-rated, “better” version is not due out until early January.

This is Zack Snyder’s latest, and was going to be his Star Wars story. At least, he pitched it to Disney as a Star Wars film. I’m sure he changed enough that it isn’t an obvious Star Wars rip-off,right? RIGHT??

GRD Cinemistress 144: Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom

Apparently there was enough time left in 2023 to squeeze in one last superhero movie – Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom!
The first Aquaman movie was kind of fun, how bad can the second one be?

Incidentally, the element she does not want to attempt to pronounce is orichalcum. Also, this is the last of this version of the DCU. so hopefully we will never see Mera’s wig again.
